The Novartis Reimagining Healthcare Scholarship to Attend the One Young World Summit 2023 is now accepting applications. Novartis wants to extend their culture of Inspired, Curios and ‘Unbossed’ through the Novartis Reimagining Healthcare Scholarship with One Young World by giving young leaders who are passionate about healthcare the chance to join them in extending and improving people’s lives and making this world a better place.
This fellowship will help ten young social entrepreneurs and their projects, as well as speed up their leadership development. Young leaders known as Novartis scholars work to assist, advance, and/or resolve the most urgent problems in the healthcare and mental health sectors. They include medical students, nurses, healthcare workers, and volunteers.

Scholarship
Students will get:
Access to Belfast, United Kingdom’s One Young World 2023 Summit, which runs from October 2 to October 5.
Belfast hotel accommodations from October 1 until October 6.
Belfast travel (in an economical vehicle). Including breakfast, lunch, and supper on conference days, all meals are included.
Possible ground transportation needed to get from Summit lodging to Summit location
Eligibility
- The applicant should be between the ages of 18 and 30.
- All nationalities may submit applications for this scholarship. The One Young World Summit will give preference to candidates from nations that are typically underrepresented there.
- Candidates are not permitted to work for Novartis. Candidates must be able to show that they have made a significant beneficial contribution to the healthcare industry.
Selection Process
These applications will be judged by One Young World using the following standards:
- shown aptitude for leadership
- demonstrated dedication to bringing about change for the better in healthcare and health-based initiatives.
- having a solid grasp of international concerns
- own a history of coming up with creative and effective concepts
- Evidence that important local or global healthcare challenges have been addressed
- Leadership, collaboration, entrepreneurship, navigating complexity, delivering outcomes, and challenging the status quo are all examples of skills.
Application
The majority of the delegates range in age from 18 to 30. The One Young World team will take into account applications from those over 30 as long as they can demonstrate the necessary personal impact, initiative, and engagement. Applications from anyone who will be younger than 18 at the time of the Summit will not be accepted.
