Deadline: Â 30th of April 2023 | Global Artists 2023 Future Generation Art Award ($100,000 Prize)
For the 2023 Future Generation Art Prize, applications are now being accepted. The Future Generation Art Prize is a biannual, international competition for contemporary art that seeks to find, honor, and sustain a new generation of artists.
The Victor Pinchuk Foundation established the Prize in 2009, and it has since assisted more than 100 artists in creating new works for exhibitions at the PinchukArtCentre in Kyiv and official ancillary events at the Venice Biennale in 2011, 2013, 2017, and 2019.
Prizes
The grand prize winner will get US$100,000, which will be distributed as follows: $60,000 in cash and $40,000 for their practice.
The judges may choose to award up to five special prizes. The winners of the special prizes will receive a total of US$20,000 to support initiatives that advance their artistic practice.
Eligibility
- open to all artists worldwide;
- be under 35 years old and employed in any field.
Application
You will need these items to complete the application:
- your headshot and resume (bio, your exhibitions)
- descriptions of your works, along with images or videos (you will need to upload at least 3 works)
