Job Description
Trigyn has a constitutional opportunity for User Support Trainer-(Electoral Logistics Support Planning Officer). This resource will be working at our client site in Mali.
Job Responsibilities
The MSC Electoral Logistics Support Planning Officer responsibilities include, but are not restricted to the things below:
In line with the priorities laid down by Chief MSD and MSC Service Chiefs, at the Mission level, coordinate tasking and prioritization of all land, air and transport assets for the movement by water, air or surface of elections connected workers and cargo in consultation with MAOC and JMCC.
Produce and Maintain a database of all advancement in delivery and distribution of Electoral Materials in the Mission Area of Responsibility.
Act as the Mission Support Division (MSD) prime focus for all logistics requests and requirements from Electoral Affairs Division. She or he confirms the logistics support requests and offer recommendations to Chief MSC through Chief Planning Unit.
Conduct logistics support coordination with MSD Sections to set up Mission’s priorities and resource allocation inside the framework of the general Electoral Support Plan.
Design a reporting procedure to be followed through the whole electoral process, put together reports from the numerous entities and give regular and comprehensive updates to Chief MSC.
Work side by side with MSD Sections and MSC to make certain that every support requirement of the identified electoral material hubs is met in a timely and effective manner.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent is needed.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Experience in providing logistics and supply chain support services to the national elections programs is needed.
A minimum 10 years of experience in managing and coordinating multi-functional support logistics operations or connected areas is needed.
Experience in offering logistics and support services in a volatile, complicated, conflict or post conflict environment is desirable.
LANGUAGES
Fluency in English, both writing and speaking is needed. Knowing of the French language is desired.
