Applications for the AfDB/Shanghai Ocean University (SHOU) Scholarship Programme 2026 at the moment are open. Eligibility

Master’s Program

• Be a nationwide of the AfDB’s Regional Member Country (RMC) with expertise within the fisheries or blue economic system sector
• Hold a bachelor’s diploma in associated discipline, or any discipline, with curiosity to pursue a profession within the fisheries or blue economic system sector
• English proficiency, with a minimal rating of IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 80.
• Be beneath 35 years previous on the time of application
• Outstanding educational efficiency (e.g., GPA ≥3.0)

Ph.D. Program

• Be a nationwide of the AfDB’s Regional Member Countries (RMCs) with expertise within the fisheries or blue economic system sector

• English proficiency, with a minimal rating of IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 80
