• Be a nationwide of the AfDB’s Regional Member Country (RMC) with expertise in the fisheries or blue financial system sector
• Hold a bachelor’s diploma in associated subject, or any subject, with curiosity to pursue a profession in the fisheries or blue financial system sector
• English proficiency, with a minimal rating of IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 80.
• Be beneath 35 years previous on the time of application
